Just like the Cancellation process, your refund must be processed through your Clickbank account as technically you have bought your program through Clickbank not through HYHL. This means HYHL does not have the authority to access your Clickbank account for any reason.

Enter the required information and you will be directed to the ORDER INFO page, Click on the ORDER DETAILS, TECH SUPPORT & REFUNDS button and select the Refund option from the drop down menu to start the cancellation process.
IMPORTANT: same with the cancellation process, each order must be processed separately.
Refunds are only applicable within 60 days of the subscription period.
